CFY系列磁力驱动液下泵

一、概述 Overview

    CFY系列磁力驱动液下泵是一种单级单吸长轴式液下离心泵，通过磁力传动结构，做到完全密闭、无泄漏，适合于输送不含固体颗粒的各类易燃、易爆、有毒、有害介质，尤其适用于储罐、储槽内易挥发性液体的提升，它能杜绝污染，确保生产安全。

三、结构特点Design feature

．单级、单吸、立式。

．Single-stage， single-suction， vertical.

．当液下插入长度超过2米时，采用接轴结构。

．When the immersion length is more than 2 meters， spindle structure will be used.

．采用护轴结构，滑动轴承采用碳化硅陶瓷、石墨、碳化钨等耐磨材料。

．Protection-shaft configuration is adopted. Sliding bearings are made of wear-resistant materials such as silicon carbide ceramic， graphite， tungsten carbide.

．泵起动时，叶轮已浸没在介质中，因而起动容易，不存在排空问题。

．When the pump is started， the impeller has been immersed in the medium， so it can start easily and emptying issue can be avoided.

．根据所输送介质的不同，CFY型立式液下泵接触液体部分的材质可选用铸钢、1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、304、304L、316、316L、310S、20号合金等材料制造。

．According to different media， the material of the part of CFY vertical submerged pump that contacts with the liquid can choose from materials such as cast， or alloy such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti， 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti， 304，304 L， 316，316 L， 310S， 20.

．CFY型液下泵主要由泵体、泵盖、叶轮、轴、弹性联轴器、管法兰、中间接管、出液管、轴承架、底板、电机架等零件组成。

．CFY submerged pumps mainly consist of pump casting， pump cover， impeller， shaft， flexible coupling， pipe flanges， column pipe， outlet pipe， bearing frame， floor， motor frame and other parts.

．泵的吸入口顺着轴线方向，出口与轴线平行。

．The inlet is arranged along the axial direction， outlet is parallel with the axis.

．CFY型泵的立式电动机以螺栓紧固于电机座上，并通过弹性联轴器与泵直接传动，泵体、中间接管、泵架、出液管、管法兰，以螺栓联接在一起，固定在底板上，泵的整体通过底板安装在容器上。

．The vertical motor of CFY pump is bolted to the motor base and directly transmitted with the pump through flexible coupling. The pump casting， column pipe， pump holder， outlet and pipe flanges are jointed by bolts and fixed on the floor. The whole pump is fixed on the container through the floor.

．泵轴向力与径向力，均由轴承盒内所装单向推力球轴承，单列向心球轴承及滑动导轴所承受。滚动轴承以黄油润滑，滑动轴承用所输送的液体润滑。因此工作时液面必须高于叶轮中心线。

．Axial Force and Radial Force of the pump are bore by single-direction thrust ball bearing， single-row radial ball bearing and sliding guide axle. Rolling bearing is lubricated by grease; sliding bearing is lubricated by the liquids it is transporting. So during operation， the liquid level must be higher than the impeller centerline.
